News is breaking that our current administration wants to completely erase transgender rights on the national level. Unfortunately for voters in my home state of Massachusetts, this news is no surprise as our ballot for midterms includes a question that attempts to repeal the 2016 law that protects transgender individuals from discrimination in any public place, including hospitals, restaurants, movie theaters, and bathrooms to name just a few. To uphold the current anti-discrimination law in Massachusetts, I urge you to vote YES on Question 3 this November if you are a citizen of MA, or spread the word to any MA residents who may not know about this question if you are not.
